Returns:

We guarantee to our customers the right of returning the products they have purchased within 7 days from the date the products were received in case they are not satisfied with ther purchases and in all instances when the products are defective or the order is wrong order.

1.Return Conditions

The clients of Brilleon.net may return their purchased products only once, except the cases of defect products/wrong shipments.

The costs for the initial delivery (according to the current courrier shipping fees –approximately 16 EUR for USA, Canada and EUROPE) and for the return delivery of the product are NOT reimbursable and this also applies to the taxes and fees accrued by customs and other institutions in processing your funds and the subsequent refund.

An exception to this rule is when the return is due to defect products/wrong shipment- in this case Brilleon.net covers the above costs entirely.

The product you wish to return, whether defect or mistakenly shipped or unwanted, must be returned in its original packing including all parts and accessories and labels. The product should not be used and must be returned in a condition that does not reduce its value. If the product is used, is not in its original packing, or damaged, depending on the extent of the damage, Brilleon.net will deduct from the refunded amount the costs for the damages caused to the product.

2. Return procedure:

If you decide to return the product within 7 days from the date it was received you must contact us by e-mail at sales@brilleon.net and describe the circumstances. When the product has defects it is very important to describe the initial deficiencies that you have observed so that we can be sure they are not incurred at a later stage when the product was being returned to us. After that our representative will give you detailed instructions on returning the product and the refund details.

Once we have received the product and verified that this is an eligible return, Brilleon.net will reimburse your payment according to the above procedure and in the same way you have made the payment, substracting the initial delivery cost, which is 16 EUR, according to the current courier shipping fees.

Replacements:

Brilleon.net offers its clients a one-time option of replacing the products they have purchased only with same products of different sizes. Products will be replaced only if the return procedure is observed and the valid return requirements complied with.
